I called within 2 hours of closing to see if I still had time to come in for a piercing that day or if I should come in the next day and he told me he could get me in at closing time to my surprise. Also he was very thoughtful when I was grimacing during the piercing. He talked me through deep breathing when he pierced my ear and it was over before I knew it! I am so thrilled with my piercing and the whole experience.
